Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním přímých zahraničních investic. Práce zkoumá vhodný způsob financování konkrétní zahraniční investice uskutečňované v České republice. Obsahem práce je širší pohled na zahraniční investice zahrnující alternativní vstupy na zahraniční trh. Pozornost je věnována také investičním pobídkám, a to především v legislativním prostředí České republiky. Investiční pobídky ovlivňují uskutečňování řady investic v České republice. Stejně tomu je i v případě zkoumané investice. Přínos autora se nachází v praktické části práce, která se věnuje průběhu dané investice a hledá výhodný způsob jejího financování. Dochází zde k porovnání provedeného způsobu financování s alternativní formou financování zpracovanou autorem. Z práce vychází, že vnitropodnikové financování je výhodnější a lze ho doporučit v případě financování jiné podobné investice.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on financing of foreign direct investments. The work researches appropriate financing of specific investment in the Czech Republic. Content of the bachelor's thesis includes wider look at foreign direct investments including other entry market options. Further the focus of this bachelor's thesis includes investment incentives in the legal conditions of Czech Republic. Investment incentives influence many investments in the Czech Republic and this investment is one of them. The value added by author is to be found in the practical part of work. This part follows the investment progress and looks for advantageous way of financing. The applied way of financing is compared with the alternative way of financing made by author. From the work comes out that intercompany financing is more advantageous and can be recommended in case of financing other similar investment.
