Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná udržitelnému podnikání a společenské odpovědnosti firem poskytujících fotografické služby. Literární rešerše uvádí do problematiky z teoretického hlediska. Vymezuje pojem udržitelný rozvoj a společenská odpovědnost firem. Dále definuje pilíře společenské odpovědnosti firem, pojem stakeholders, hlavní principy společenské odpovědnosti firem a uvádí nejpoužívanější normy z této oblasti. Na ni navazuje druhá kapitola, která odborně zkoumá možnosti aplikace principů udržitelného a společensky odpovědného podnikání pro firmy poskytující fotografické služby, uvádí nejznámější instituce zabývající se společensky odpovědným fotografováním, definuje pojem společensky odpovědný fotograf, vyhodnocuje efekty plynoucí ze společenské odpovědnosti a popisuje, jak jsou využívány principy udržitelného a společensky odpovědného podnikáni ve fotoateliéru Milana Holendy. Závěrem jsou uvedena doporučení pro další aktivity v oblasti udržitelného podnikání a společenské odpovědnosti firem ve fotoateliéru Milana Holendy.
This bachelor thesis focuses on sustainable business and corporate social responsibility in companies providing photographic services. The literature review presents the issue from a theoretical perspective. It defines the concept of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility. It further defines the pillars of corporate social responsibility, the term stakeholders, main principles of corporate social responsibility, and lists the most widely used standards in this area. It is followed by a second chapter which explores the possibilities of applying sustainable and social responsible business for companies providing photographic services, presents the most well-known institutions specializing on social responsible photography, defines term social responsible photographer, evaluates the effects of corporate social responsibility and describes how the principles of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility are used in Milan Holenda's photo studio. In the conclusion are stated recommendations for further activities in the field of sustainable business and corporate social responsibility in the photography studio of Milan Holenda.
