Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou outsourcingu. Zmiňuje jeho vývoj a na jaké typy se outsourcing dělí. V teoretické části jsou vyjmenovány činnosti, které se outsourcují, a důvody vedoucí k tomuto rozhodnutí. Dále uvádí rizika, které tato volba může přinést pro klienta a také životní cyklus outsourcingu. Praktická část se nejprve zabývá outsourcingem v České republice, jeho postavení a způsob využití. Poté je pak práce zaměřena na outsourcing účetnictví z pohledu poskytovatele u konkrétního podniku. Je charakterizován vybraný podnik a zhodnoceno jeho podnikání a postavení na trhu. V závěru jsou shrnuta možná doporučení k zefektivnění jejich podnikání.
The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of outsourcing. It characterizes its development and how it's outsourcing divided. The theoretical part also mentions the outsourced activities that can be outsourced, and the reasons for this decision. It describes the risks that outsourcing may have for the clients and also explains its life cycle. In the practical part, there is states its position and methods of use in the Czech Republic. Furthermore the work is focused on outsourcing in accounting from the point of view of the provider at a specific enterprise. The company is characterized and its business and market position is evaluated. The final part contains possible recommendations how to make the company more efficient.
