Abstract
Primárním cílem bakalářské práce Změna právní formy podnikání a vliv dalších faktorů na výkonnost firmy je snaha najít vazbu mezi změnou právní formy podnikání a výkonností firmy. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy zabývající se výkonností a konkurenceschopností, také jsou vymezeny právní formy podnikání s detailnějším pohledem na společnost s ručením omezeným. Ve druhé části se práce zabývá popisem situace v oblasti kovovýroby v Libereckém kraji. Uvádí se rovněž důležitost vnímání konkurenčních subjektů. V Libereckém kraji, stejně tak jako v rámci celé České republiky, je nedostatek pracovní síly v kovovýrobě. V práci se také nachází popis vybraných podnikatelských subjektů z této oblasti podnikání. Ve třetí části práce je obsahem podrobnější popis vybrané konkrétní firmy včetně metody tvorby cen a vypracované SWOT analýzy. Proces změny právní formy podnikání je rozebrán včetně uvedení konkrétních pozitiv a negativ. Následně se v práci nachází závěrečné vyhodnocení včetně doporučení a návrhů.
The primary aim of this thesis is an effort to find a connection between the change of legal form of business and business performance. The first part deals with definition of basic concepts including performance and competitiveness, also defines legal forms of business with a more detailed view of private limited company. The second part describes the situation in the metal production in Liberec region. The importance of the perception of competing entities is also stated in this work. In the Liberec region, as well as within the whole of the Czech Republic, there is a lack of workforce in metalworking. The thesis also describes the selected business entities in this area of business. The third part of this thesis contains a more detailed description of the selected company, including the pricing method and the SWOT analysis. The process of changing the legal form of business is explained, including the introduction of particular positives and negatives. After that, there is a final evaluation, including recommendations and suggestions.
