Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá alternativními teoriemi, které vznikly jako reakce na diskrepanci mezi předpoklady neoklasické teorie firmy a skutečným charakterem současných firem. Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit, zdali alternativní teorie nabízejí přesnější popis chování firem a zdali jsou schopny neoklasickou teorii nahradit. V první části jsou analyzovány rozdíly mezi předpoklady neoklasické teorie firmy a skutečným stavem reálných firem v dnešních ekonomikách. V druhé části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé modely alternativních teorií. Tyto modely jsou následně vyhodnoceny a porovnány s neoklasickou teorií, jsou vyzvednuty jejich výhody a nevýhody. Třetí část shrnuje závěry předchozích kapitol a zodpovídá otázky diplomové práce.
Diploma thesis deals with alternative theories that have arisen as a reaction to the discrepancy between assumptions of neo-classical theory of the firm and the actual state of the current companies. The aim of thesis is to assess whether alternative theories are offering a more precise description of the behavior of companies and whether they are able to substitute the neoclassical theory. In the first part, differences between assumptions of neo-classical theory of the firm and the actual state of real companies in today's economies are analyzed. Alternative theories are characterized in the second part. These models are then evaluated and compared to neoclassical theory. Characteristics of each model are followed by summary of the model which goal is to point out advantages and disadvantages of each model. The third part summarizes findings of each chapter and answers questions of the thesis.
