Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochranných pracovních oděvů a pomůcek používaných při svařování. Teoretická část popisuje legislativu pro osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky z hlediska ochrany zdraví při svařování a podobných postupech. Analyzuje se vliv pracovního prostředí a technologie svařování na pracovní a zdravotní zátěž svářečů. Popíše se současný stav ochranných oděvů a pomůcek při svařování z hlediska materiálového a konstrukčního řešení. V experimentální části jsou realizovány požadované laboratorní zkoušky na poskytnuté textilie. Následně jsou vyhodnoceny nejvhodnější textilie pro svářečský oděv a pomůcky. Závěrem byl z vybraných textilií vytvořen návrh svářečského oděvu a pomůcek z hlediska jejich ochranné a fyziologicko-hygienické funkce.
This bachelor´s work deals with the problem of protective working clothing and gadgets used for welding. The theoretical part of the work is describing the legislation of personal protective working resources from the viewpoint of protection of health in the area of welding and similar processes. The analysis of the influence of working environment and technology used in the process on the medical and work burden on the welders is being executed. The current situation of protective clothing and gadgets used for welding is described from the viewpoint of the material and structural solution. In the experimental part the required laboratory test is carried out on rendered textile goods. Subsequently the best appropriate textilie goods are analysed for clothing and gadgets used for welding In conclusion the concept of clothing and gadgets intended for use in welding was created. This concept was made from the textile goods chosen in the experimental part and the accent was put on its protective and physiological-hygienical function.
