Abstract
Diplomová práce se týká vlastností, struktury a užitnosti bavlněných tkanin po komerční merceraci ve srovnání s tkaninou bez této úpravy. Nejprve je zpracován literární průzkum, který obsahuje informace o bavlně, její historii, složení, zpracování a vlastnosti.A přehled předúprav bavlny, jejich popis a vliv na bavlnu a změnu vlastností. Součástí literárního průzkumu je také teorie o barvení, kde je popsána barvitelnost bavlny, substantivní barviva a stanovení koncentrace barviva na vlákně. V experimentální části jsou postupy, podmínky a vyhodnocení experimentů, které jsou prováděny na komerčně mercerované a nemercerované tkanině. Účelem experimentů je zjištění vlivu mercerace na mechanické a strukturní vlastnosti tkaniny, a posouzení změny barevnosti po merceraci.
The diploma work is about nature, structure and utility value of the cotton fabric after the commercial mercerization in comparison to the fabric without that modification. First of all is processed the literary research, which includes the information about the cotton, its history, composition, processing and nature. Also the schedule of the pre-treatment cotton , its description and feedback at the cotton and the change of characteristic. The literary research incluces also the theory about the dying, where is described dyeability of the cotton, substantive cotton dyes and determinating the concentration of the cotton dye in the fibre. There are procedures, conditions and evaluations of the experiments it the laboratory part of the diploma work, which are converting to the commercial mercerazition and no mercerazition fabric. The point of the experiment si find out the mercerazition feedback at the machanical and structural nature of the cotton and explore the colour change after the mercerization.
