Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu hmotové nestejnoměrnosti v česané bavlnářské technologii se zvláštním zaměřením na technologické stupně předpřádání a dopřádání. K analýze jsou použity spektrogramy a délkové variační křivky získané na aparatuře Uster - Tester 4 SX . Rozborem těchto charakteristických funkcí jsou určeny příčiny vzniku zvýšené hmotové nestejnoměrnosti, jak v rámci jednotlivých technologických stupňů, tak z hlediska celkové technologie. Součástí práce budou návrhy na odstranění negativních vlivů, které zvyšují hmotovou nestejnoměrnost výsledné příze.
This diploma thesis aims on the analysis of material irregularity of combed yarn cotton technology with special emphasis on technological degrees in slubbing and spinning. Spectograms and legth variation curves obtained from the apparatus Uster-Tester 4 SX were used for the final analysis. Evaluation of those characteristic functions gave us the causes of formation of material irregularity for individual technological degrees just as for the whole technological spectrum. Part of this study are propositions for removing negative impacts that increase material irregularity of final yarn.
