Abstract
Práce se zabývá charakteristikou hlavních rysů chasidismu. Snaží se o objasnění a připomenutí stěžejních momentů a souvislostí, které při zrodu a rozvoji tohoto hnutí hrály klíčovou roli. Věnuje se rovněž problematice chasidské filozofie. Práce se člení do čtyř hlavních částí. V první kapitole je v krátkosti popsána především historie chasidismu. Druhá část pojednává o vzniku a vývoji novodobého chasidského hnutí. Jsou zde popsány okolnosti a postavy, jež vznik chasidského hnutí do jisté míry ovlivnily. Následující část práce je snahou o nastínění hlavních myšlenek hnutí, které kladou velký důraz zejména na význam modlitby a radostného prožívání. Tyto myšlenky měly i spoustu odpůrců, proto se práce zaměří i na opozici proti chasidismu. Závěrečná kapitola je pokusem o stručné zmapování chasidismu na našem území.
The thesis deals with main characteristics of the Hasidism. The main aim of the thesis is to uncover and to remind of the crucial events and context during the development of this movement. It also looks into the issues of the Hasid's philosophy. The thesis is divided into four main parts. The first chapter is about the history of the Hasidism. The second part of the thesis is about origin and development of the modern Hasidism and about the factors and personalities that influenced its form. Next part of the thesis brings the brief outline of movement's main thesis which put the main emphasis on prayers and joyful living. The next part of the thesis also mentions opponents of these ideas who also took a great part in the formative of the Hasidism. The final part of the thesis tries to map the position of the Hasidism on the region of The Czech Republic.
