Abstract
Jaterní cirhóza je onemocnění, které se významně podílí na mortalitě pacientů. Ohrožuje pacienta selháním jaterní funkce, ale také vznikem komplikací, které jsou spojené s pokročilým stádiem jaterní cirhózy. Správně vedenou edukací je možné tyto komplikace oddálit. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá charakterem, diagnostikou a léčbou jaterní cirhózy, ošetřovatelskou péči v kompenzované i dekompenzované formě a edukací pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Výzkumná část analyzuje 2 výzkumné vzorky, před a po edukaci dle sestaveného edukačního standardu. Ve výzkumné části bakalářské práce jsou tyto výzkumné vzorky porovnávány.
Liver cirrhosis is a disease, that contributes significantly to mortality of patients. Threatens the patient's liver function failure, but also the emergence of complications that are associated with advanced stage liver cirrhosis. Properly educating led these complications can be postponed. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part deals with the nature, diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis, nursing care in compensated and decompensated form and educate patients with this disease. The research section analyzes two research samples before and after education according to the assembled educational standard. In the research part of the thesis these research samples are compared.
