Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na selfmonitoring u pacientů s diabetem mellitem. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou pacienti informováni o selfmonitoringu diabetu mellitu a akutních komplikacích souvisejících s tímto onemocněním. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část se zabývá onemocněním diabetes mellitus a edukací pacientů s diabetem mellitem. Výzkumná část se zabývá analýzou výsledků získaných na podkladě dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem práce je tvorba edukačního standardu, týkajícího se selfmonitoringu, určeného pacientům s diagnózou diabetes mellitus 2. typu léčených inzulínem.
Bachelor´s thesis is focused on self-monitoring of patients with diabetes mellitus. The aim of this work was to find out whether the patients are informed about self-monitoring of diabetes mellitus and the acute complications connected with this disease. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the resarch. The theoretical part concerns diabetes mellitus and the education of the patients. The resarch section is based on the analysis of the result gained from a questionnaire survey. The output of this thesis is the formation of the education standard concerning the self-monitoring process of patients with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with insulin.
