Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou exportu v rámci Evropské unie. Úvodní kapitola se věnuje současnému stavu světové ekonomiky a mezinárodního obchodu, uvádí vývoj tempa růstu HDP dle světových regionů, podíly na světovém exportu a importu, postavení Číny, zadluženost států EU apod. V další části jsou vymezena rizika ohrožující mezinárodní obchodní operace se zaměřením na rizika komerční a teritoriální, související se splácením závazků vyplývajících ze zahraničně-obchodních transakcí. Hlavní část je zaměřena na státní podporu vývozu, definici mezinárodních pravidel pro její poskytování v rámci Konsensu OECD, Bernské unie a Evropské unie, dále definuje možnosti institucionálního uspořádání zahrnující exportní banku a exportní pojišťovnu. Následující kapitola charakterizuje instituce podporující vývoz ve vybraných zemích EU, kterými jsou Česká republika, Rakousko a Francie. Navazující a zároveň poslední kapitola potom srovnává poskytované služby v rámci státní podpory exportu v těchto zemích.
This bachelor thesis is focused on promoting Exports within the Framework of the European Union. The opening chapter deals with the current situation of the world economy and foreign trade, it states the growth rates of GDP in each world regions, shares of the world export and import, the position of China, debts of EU countries, etc. The next section outlines risks in international business operations with a focus on commercial and territorial risk related to the repayment of liabilities arising from foreign trade transactions. The main part is focused on state promotion of exports, the definition of international rules within the framework of the Consensus OECD, the Berne Union and the European Union, further defines the possibilities of institutional arrangements involving the export banks and export insurance companies. The following section describes the institutions promoting exports in selected EU countries, comprising of the Czech Republic, Austria and France. The last chapter compares the services provided under the state promotion of exports in these countries.
