Abstract
Bakalářská práce má za cíl management bolesti při převazech ran. Teoretická část se zabývá bolestí jako takovou, jejím rozdělením, její léčbou, dále také přehledem o ráně a jejím hojením.Součástí teoretické části je i charakteristika a cíl domácí péče. Výzkumná část za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu a sběru dat metodou nestandardizovaného dotazníku hodnotí zkušenosti sester a spolupráci v týmu při převazech ran v domácí péči. Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh informačního materiálu přínosného především pro nově příchozí sestry.
This thesis's aim is the management of pain when bandaging wounds. The theoreticalpart deals with pain as such, with the partition of a pain and with its treatment.Also, it deals with thesummary of wound and its healing.The teoretical part includes the characteristic and the aim of home care. The explorational part evaluates, with the assistance of quantitative research and collecting the data by the method of nonstandardized questionnaire, experiences of nurses and their cooperation in a team during wounds rebind in a home care.The aim of this thesis is the offer of an informational material which will be the benefit primarily for new-coming nerses.
