Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou systému údržby v současné organizaci vzhledem k procesnímu přístupu a její softwarovou podporou. Součástí této analýzy je seznámení se zkoumanou organizací, provedení analýzy s důrazem na údržbu, vyhodnocení výsledků a stanovení doporučení pro organizaci. Dále práce objasňuje základní strategie, koncepty a nové trendy údržby. Součástí je také analýza současné nabídky softwarů pro podporu údržby na tuzemském trhu.
This thesis deals with the analysis of maintenance system of the current company in terms of the process approach and its software support. A part of the analysis is getting acquainted with the company, accomplishment analysis with emphasis on maintenance, evaluation results and recommendations for the company. The thesis also clarifies fundamental strategies, concepts and new maintenance trends. One part of this thesis contains an analysis of the actual software offer for a maintenance support in the Czech Republic.
