Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací stávajícího docházkového systému a procesu zpracování docházky zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Optimalizace byla realizována pomocí nástrojů projektového řízení. Teoretická část práce pojednává o informačních systémech v podniku, inovačních vlivech, projektovém řízení a procesu implementace informačního systému a jeho inovací. Praktická část popisuje využití těchto poznatků při implementaci inovace docházkového systému v podniku XY a identifikuje přínosy a problémy projektu implementace. Závěrem navrhuje další doporučení pro podnik XY v oblasti zpracování docházky zaměstnanců a personálních informačních systémů.
The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the existing attendance system and the processing of the attendance of employees in the company XY. The optimization was implemented using project management tools. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with an information systems in a company, innovative influences, project management and a process of implementing an information system and its innovations. The practical part describes the use of these theoretical findings during the implementation of the innovation of the attendance system in the company XY and identifies the benefits and problems of the implementation project. The final part of the thesis proposes further recommendations for company XY in the field of processing employee attendance and personnel information systems.
