Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice retribučního soudnictví v Československu v období po druhé světové válce. Konkrétně se zabývá případy příslušníků SS, které řešil Mimořádný lidový soud v Mostě v tzv. prvním retribučním období, tj. mezi lety 1945 a 1947. První část práce se věnuje vzniku legislativní normy určující podobu tzv. velké retribuce a charakterizuje specifické podmínky regionu, k němuž se soud svou působností váže. Druhá, stěžejní část práce, je věnována rozboru případů příslušníků SS, nejprve formou statistické analýzy a následně detailní analýzou vybraných kauz. Hlavní těžiště práce spočívalo ve studiu pramenů z fondu Mimořádný lidový soud Most 1945-1948, jenž je uložen ve Státním oblastním archivu v Litoměřicích.
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of retributive judiciary during the period after The Second World War in Czechoslovakia. It is specifically concerned with cases of members of SS with which dealt the Extraordinary People´s Court in Most during the first period of retribution, since 1945 to 1947. The first part is focused on genesis of the legal act which is relevant for so-called great retribution and also it describes specific conditions of the region conected with the jurisdiction of the court. The second, crutial, part of the thesis is focused on parsing of cases of members of SS, firstly by the statistic analysis and then by the analysis of selected cases. The essential core of this paper was based on studying sources from fund Extraordinary People´s Court in Most 1945-1948 deposited in the State Regional Archive in Litoměřice.
