Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem rodinného podnikání a teorií týmových rolí. Práce se věnuje zapojení teorie týmových rolí do řízení rodinných podniků. V první a druhé části jsou představeny klíčové pojmy pro porozumění dané problematice. Pozornost je zde zaměřena na konflikty v rodinných firmách a jsou zde podrobně představeny týmové role. Praktická část se skládá z představení použité metodiky a analýzy získaných dat ze šesti rodinných firem. V závěru práce je zhodnocení výzkumné otázky. Hlavním cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s aktuálním trendem v řízení. Práce se snaží propojit dvě známé teorie a poukázat na jejich budoucí možný prospěch.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of family business and the theory of team roles. The thesis deals with the involvement of the theory of team roles in the management of family businesses. The first and second parts introduce key words for understanding the problematic. Attention is focused on conflicts in family businesses and on detailed introduction of the team roles. The practical part consists of a presentation of the used methodology and analysis of the data obtained from six family companies. At the end of the work is an evaluation of the research question. The main goal of the thesis is to acquaint the reader with the current trend in management. The work tries to connect two known theories and point out their future possible benefits.
