Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit vývoj mezinárodního obchodu a investic dané společnosti během posledních šesti let, a to zejména v kontextu s pandemií nemoci covid-19. V potaz je brána i aktuální válka na Ukrajině.Teoretická rešerše se nejprve zaměřuje na roli a význam mezinárodního obchodu a investic. V druhé řadě se věnuje automobilovému průmyslu a jeho dopadům na společnost. Závěr teoretické části je věnován finanční analýze a jejím metodám, které jsou v práci dále použity.Dále se práce věnuje SWOT analýze zvolené společnosti, doplněné o Fullerův trojúhelník. Následně je využito vertikální a horizontální analýzy pro zkoumání vybraného časového období. V závěru práce jsou k poznatkům získaným pomocí analýzy vytvořeny návrhy řešení.
The aim of the master thesis is to evaluate the development of international trade and investment of the company during the last six years, especially in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. The current war in Ukraine is also taken into account.Theoretical research first focuses on the role and importance of international trade and investment. Secondly, it focuses on the automotive industry and its impact on society. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to financial analysis and its methods, which are further used in the master thesis.Furthermore, the work deals with the SWOT analysis of the selected company supplemented by the Fuller's triangle. Afterwards, vertical and horizontal analysis are used to examine the selected time period. At the end of the work, solutions are created to the findings of the analysis.
