Abstract
Závěrečná práce se zaměřuje na specifika výuky v málotřídních školách. V teoretické části je na základě studia odborné literatury nejprve vymezen pojem málotřídní škola. Dále je stručně popsán její historický vývoj v českém prostředí a jsou představeny i její specifické znaky s ohledem na řízení školy, vedení vyučovacího procesu a roli učitele a samotné školy v obci. Představeny jsou obecné výukové metody a organizační formy výuky a jejich případné využití v prostředí málotřídní školy. V praktické části je v duchu struktury teoretické části představena současná podoba a fungování konkrétní malotřídní školy. Na reálných příkladech jsou popsána specifika v řízení, vyučovacím procesu, role učitele a celkové postavení základní školy Ostřešany v rámci obce.
The final work focuses on the specifics of teaching in small schools. In the theoretical part, based on the study of professional literature, the term small school is first defined. Furthermore, its historical development in the Czech environment is briefly described and its specific features are presented with regard to school management, the management of the teaching process and the role of the teacher and the school itself in the village. General teaching methods and organizational forms of teaching and their possible use in the environment of a small school are presented. In the practical part, according to the structure of the theoretical part, the current form and functioning of a specific small school is presented. The specifics in management, the teaching process, the role of the teacher and the overall position of the Ostřešany primary school within the municipality are described on real examples.
