Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými prvky environmentálního managementu v ubytovacích zařízeních a jejich využití. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vybraný hotelový řetězec, a to Pytloun Hotels, a vyhodnotit, jak prvky opatření environmentálního managementu využívají. Výzkumnou metodou pro tuto práci byl využit dotazník, pozorování a osobní dotazování zaměstnanců v hotelovém řetězci Pytloun. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klasifikace hotelů, jednotlivé prvky environmentálního managementu, certifikace EU značky a jak fungují ubytovací zařízení s certifikací a jaké to má výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část je zaměřena na výsledek analýzy hotelů Pytloun v Libereckém kraji. Jaké prvky environmentálního managementu uplatňují a jaké ne a proč.
The bachelor thesis is focused on some environmental management elements in the accommodations facilities. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the selected hotel chain, the Pytloun Hotels, and evaluate how they are using some elements of green management. A questionnaire, observation, and asking the Pytloun hotels' employees questions personally was selected as a research method for this work. The hotel classification, environmental management elements, and EU certification are explained in the theoretical part of the work. I also mentioned how the accommodation facilities with the certification work and their advantages are described, too. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the Pytloun hotels in the Liberec region. What kind of green management elements and measures are realized in the specified hotel chain.
