Abstract
Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je urbanisticko architektonická studie revitalizaceNáměstí Osvobození ve Cvikově a jeho přílehlého okolí. Cvikov s počtem přibližně 6000 obyvatel se nachází v sudetském pohraničí severních Čech. Město bylo založeno na obchodní stezce, poté se stalo průmyslovým centrem, avšak bylopoznamenáno odsunem německého obyvatelstva a následně necitlivými stavebními zásahy.Náměstí nacházející se v centru města je historického charakteru, přičemž tento ráz byl narušendemolicí západní fronty domů, čímž se vytratila uzavřenost a pospolitost náměstí.V současné době prostor plynule přechází v prostranství s komplexem čtyř panelových domů a mezilehlou neudržovanou zelení. Cílem návrhu je navrátit náměstí jeho původní charakter. Dotvořením zástavbpři západní straně jsou opět jasně vymezeny plochy těchto různorodých území, avšak stále je zachována jejich prostupnost. Zástavbu tvoří čtyřpodlažní polyfunkční dům s otevřeným parterem. Navrženo je také nové uspořádání náměstí i přilehlého veřejného prostranství.
The subject of my bachelor thesis is the urban architectural study of revitalizationLiberation Square in Cvikov and its surrounding area.Zwickau, with a population of approximately 6,000, is located on the Sudeten border of northern Bohemia. The city was founded on a trade route, then became an industrial center, but it wasmarked by the expulsion of the German population and subsequent insensitive construction interventions.The square located in the city center is of a historical character, and this character has been disturbeddemolition of the western front of houses, thus losing the closedness and communion of the square.At present, the space flows smoothly into an area with a complex of four prefabricated houses and an intermediate unmaintained greenery.The aim of the design is to restore the square to its original character. Completion of buildingson the west side, the areas of these diverse areas are again clearly defined, but their permeability is still maintained. The development consists of a four-storey multifunctional house with an open ground floor. A new layout of the square and the adjacent public space is also proposed.
