Abstract
V úvodu se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelnosti a zabývá se udržitelnou podnikovou výkonností. Bakalářská práce zmiňuje její ukazatele, nástroje měření a vysvětluje, jak se chová ekologický podnik. Na to navazuje část specifikující trh ekologických ubytovacích zařízení, které mají své nabízené služby certifikovány ekoznačkou a šetrněji fungují v souladu s ochranou životního prostředí. Na teoretická východiska navazuje zhodnocení strategie vybraného ubytovacího zařízení, které je označeno za ekologické a vlastní certifikát ochranné známky. Ze získaných informací se následně bakalářská práce zaměřuje na transformaci neekologického ubytovacího zařízení na zařízení ekologické. Závěr bakalářské práce shrnuje vytvoření transformačního plánu a poskytuje doporučení podniku k její úspěšné realizaci.
In the introduction, the bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of sustainability and deals with sustainable business performance. The bachelor thesis mentions its indicators, measurement tools and explains how an ecologic company behaves. This is followed by a section specifying the market of ecological accommodation enterprises, which have their services offered certified by the ecolabel and operate more gently in accordance with environmental protection. The theoretical basis is followed by an evaluation of the strategy of the selected accommodation enterprise, which is marked as ecological and own certificate of the trademark. From the obtained information, the bachelor's thesis then focuses on the transformation of non-ecological accommodation enterprise into ecological enterprise. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis summarizes the creation of a transformation plan and provides recommendations to the company for its successful implementation.
