Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace ERP systému SAP do vybraného podniku. Teoretická část vymezuje danou problematiku s ohledem na informační systémy, bez kterých se moderní společnost neobejde. Zároveň jsou zde zmíněny základní pojmy projektového řízení, které je u projektů takové velikosti nezbytné. Praktická část seznamuje s vybranou společností, u které se tato implementace prováděla. V dalších částech jsou uvedeny jednotlivé fáze projektu. Tato část je zakončena zhodnocením celého projektu a poté jsou uvedena doporučení, které mohou sloužit ostatním podnikům.
This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of SAP ERP system in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the issue with regard to information systems. Information systems are crucial for modern companies. At the same time, the foundation of project management is mentioned here, which is necessary for projects of this size. The practical part introduces the selected company in which this implementation was performed. In the following chapters the thesis shows various phases of the project. This part ends with an evaluation of the whole project and then recommendations are given that can serve other companies.
