Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje fenoménu rozpadu státu na případové studii Jižního Súdánu s propojením výuky této problematiky na základní škole. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybraný rozpadlý stát pomocí Fragile States Indexu a srovnat, do jaké míry odpovídá specifikace zhrouceného státu aktuální situaci. Po zhodnocení situace v Jižním Súdánu se autor bude věnovat výukou tohoto tématu v zeměpisu v sedmých třídách na základních školách. V úvodní části práce si autor klade za cíl definovat suverénní stát a uznání státu a vlády. Také se bude zabývat ucelením odborného názvosloví a teoretickému zakotvení zhrouceného státu. Dále více prozkoumá historii Súdánu, která ovlivnila pozdější rozpad tohoto státu. Poté se zaměří na popsání samotného vzniku nového státu Jižní Súdán. V další části bude aplikovat teorii zhrouceného státu na vybraný africký stát a posuzovat faktické fungování od teoretického pojetí tohoto fenoménu. V další části bude autor psát o didaktice - od obecného hlediska po popis projektové výuky. V praktické části práce se bude autor zaobírat přípravou projektové výuky, realizací a popisu pracovních skupin po prezentaci výstupu jako konečným produktem samotných žáků. V závěru se autor pokusí nastínit možná řešení pro zvýšení stability Jižního Súdánu a udržení suverenity tohoto mladého afrického státu, včetně zhodnocení použitých metod a úskalí těchto projektů. Autor také bude věnovat diskuzi a doporučení k dalšímu rozpracování projektu.
This diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of state disintergration in a case study of South Sudan. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this selected disintegrated state using the Fragile States Index and to compare the extent to which the specification of this collapsed state corresponds to the current situation. After valorize of situation in South Sudan autor will pay atention to teaching of this theme in geography for 7th grade at elementary education. In the introductory part of the thesis the author aims to define the technical nomenclature and the theoretical definition of the collapsed state. Further, the author explores the history of Sudan, which has affected the later decay of this state. Then, the thesis focuses on describing the very emergence of the new state of South Sudan. In the subsequent part, the author applies the theory of the collapsed state to the chosen African state and considers the factual functioning from the theoretical concept of this phenomenon. In practicali part of diploma theses autor will be antertain preparation of project teaching, implementation and description of working groups after the presentation of the output as the final product of the pupils themselves. In conslusion, the author attempts to outline possible solutions to increase the stability of South Sudan and maintain the sovereignty of this young African state, including an evaluation of the methods used, the pitfalls of these projects. The author will also write about the discussion and recommendation to elaboration of the project.
