Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou manipulativní praktiky na pracovišti. První část práce se zabývá charakteristikou manipulace a její definicí. Dále se popisují manipulativní způsoby jednání, typologie jednotlivých manipulátorů, následky manipulace a možnosti obrany proti ní. Druhá část práce se pak zabývá manipulací na pracovišti, která je uplatňována na novém zaměstnanci příchozím do pracovního kolektivu. Dále pak zformulováním konkrétních způsobů účinné obrany a prevence.
The theme of the bachelor thesis are manipulative practices in the workplace. The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of manipulation and its definition. Further it describes manipulative ways of acting, typologies of individual manipulators, consequences of manipulation and possibilities of defense against it. The second part of the thesis deals with manipulation in the workplace, which is applied to a new employee joining the work team. Furthermore, by formulating specific ways of effective defense and prevention.
