Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Komparace vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů mateřských center v Libereckém kraji se zabývá činností vybraných mateřských center. Je v ní definován pojem nezisková organizace, sociální a veřejná služba. Práce je zaměřená na celé spektrum nabízených služeb vybraných center v Libereckém kraji, uvádí vizi a zaměření jejich činností, jakým způsobem jsou personálně a finančně zajištěni a jak komunikují se svojí cílovou skupinou. Práce se také věnuje analýze poplatků v rámci center a typem návštěvníků. V závěru práce jsou porovnány vybrané ekonomické ukazatele mezi sebou. Účelem práce je seznámit čtenáře se situací mateřských a rodinných center a jejich fungováním. V závěru práce je navrženo pro každé centrum několik doporučení a návrhů na zlepšení.
Diploma thesis entitled Comparison of selected economic indicators of maternity centers in the Liberec Region deals with provided services of selected maternity centers. Firstly, non-profit organizations, social and public services are defined. The thesis is focused on the whole spectrum of activities of selected centers in the Liberec region. Every center is described by its vision, focus of their activities, personal and financial background and by ways of their communication with target group. The thesis contains analysis of charges within the centers and the type of visitors. Selected economic indicators were compared between selected centers. The purpose of this thesis is to present the situation of maternity and family centers and their functioning. The author recommends several suggestions for improvement of every evaluated center.
