Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat návrh změny ve vybrané společnosti vedoucí k optimalizování a zlepšení procesů v oblasti získávání a výběru zaměstnanců na konkrétní vybrané pracovní pozici. První část práce vychází z literární rešerše a zaměřuje se na teoretická východiska dané problematiky. Jsou zde teoreticky vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti personální práce, získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Dále jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé metody a definovány aktuální trendy ovlivňující danou problematiku. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na popis společnosti Europ Assistance, s.r.o., analýzu a zhodnocení procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Na základě dané analýzy je v závěru práce navrženo doporučení vedoucí k zefektivnění procesů probíhajících ve společnosti a vztahujících se k vybrané pracovní pozici.
This bachelor thesis deals with topic of recruitment and selection of employees. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is draw up a proposal of changes leading to the optimization and streamlining of recruitment and selection of employees for a specific selected job title in selected company. First part of the thesis is based on literary research and is focused on the theoretical basis of the issue. It theoretically defines the basic concepts of personnel work, recruitment and selection of employees. It characterizes the various methods and defines the current trends affecting the issue. The second part of the thesis focuses on the description of company Europ Assistance, s.r.o., analysis and evaluation of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. Finally, on the basis of the analysis is proposed recommendation related to the selected job title to improve the processes in the company.
