Abstract
Bakalářská práce pojednává o gastronomickém cestovním ruchu se zaměřením na město Liberec. S pomocí odborné literatury je popsána historie gastronomie, význam gastronomického cestovního ruchu a jeho klasifikace. Zmíněny jsou také přední národní a mezinárodní organizace spojené s cestovním ruchem, respektive s gastronomickým cestovním ruchem. Dále jsou v práci mapovány vybrané liberecké kavárny jako podniky kulinářského cestovního ruchu za účelem získání uceleného přehledu. Další částí práce jsou rozhovory s vybranými osobnostmi pohybujícími se v oblasti gastronomie v Liberci. Následuje dotazníkové šetření, které proběhlo s cílem analýzy povědomí o gastronomickém cestovním ruchu mezi respondenty a také za účelem zjištění povědomí o vybraných libereckých kavárnách.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the gastronomy tourism with a focus on the city of Liberec. With the help of specific literature, the history of gastronomy, the importance of gastronomy tourism and its classification are described. There are mentioned leading national and international organization associated with tourism, respectively with gastronomy tourism. The bachelor thesis maps selected cafes in Liberec as culinary tourism's enterprises in order to obtain a comprehensive overview. Another part of the work are interviews with selected personalities working in the field of gastronomy in Liberec. The following is a questionnaire survey, which was conducted with the aim of analysing awareness of gastronomy tourism among respondents and also in order to determinate awareness of selected cafes in Liberec.
