Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu start-upového projektu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá otázkami, co je podnikatelský plán, kdy je vhodné ho sestavovat, jaký je jeho účel a komu je určen. Konkrétně se pak zabývá strukturou podnikatelského plánu a jeho jednotlivými body. Dále je v práci vysvětlen pojem start-up a známá metoda lean start-up, podle kterou se start-upové firmy řídí. Dále jsou zmíněny možnosti financování začátku podnikání. Práce se také zabývá ostatními možnostmi podpory začínajícího podnikání. Praktická část obsahuje návrh business modelu a následně podnikatelského plánu fiktivního start-upového projektu. Návrh ukazuje zpracování jednotlivých bodů podnikatelského plánu a jeho strukturu.
This bachelor thesis deals with design of business plan of start-up project. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with questions, what is a business plan, when it is appropriate to draw up a plan, what is its purpose and to whom it is intended. Specifically, it deals with the structure of the business plan and individual points of the plan. Furthermore, the concept of start-up and the well-known lean start-up method are explained, according to which start-ups are managed. There are also mentioned possibilities of financing start of business. The thesis also deals with other possibilities of help for starting a new business. The practical part contains a proposal of a business model and then a business plan, a fictitious start-up project. The proposal shows the processing of individual points of the business plan and its structure.
