Abstract
Problematika regionálního rozvoje a konkrétně rozvoje zaostalých oblastí či tzv. regionálních disparit je aktuálním tématem ve většině evropských zemí. V České republice tuto problematiku řeší zejména Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj skrze klíčový strategický dokument Strategie regionálního rozvoje. V současném programovacím období 2014 - 2020 vymezuje hospodářsky slabé oblasti, kterým je přiznána podpora státu. Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením aktuální situace hospodářsky slabých regionů dle konkrétních indikátorů a navrhuje nové potencionální ukazatele, které by mohly být využity pro indikaci pro další léta. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů pro správné uchopení dané problematiky. Dále je vysvětlen postup indikace hospodářsky slabých regionů dle SRR 2007 - 2013 a 2014 - 2020. Pro získání potencionálních indikátorů je využito přístupů sousedního Slovenska a dále Maďarska. Za pomoci statistické analýzy jsou získány aktuální výsledky hospodářsky slabých oblastí na území ČR
The issue of regional development, and specifically the development of underdeveloped areas or so-called regional disparities, is a topical issue in most European countries. In the Czech Republic, this issue is addressed mainly by the Ministry for Regional Development through a key strategic document of the Regional Development Strategy. In the current programming period 2014-2020, it defines economically weak areas that are granted state support. The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of current situation of economically weak regions according to specific indicators and proposes new potential indicators, which could be used for indication for next years. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the basic concepts for the correct grasp of the given issue. It also explains the process of indication of economically weak regions according to SRR 2007 - 2013 and 2014 - 2020. The approaches of neighboring Slovakia and Hungary are used to obtain potential indicators. The statistical analysis analyzes the current results of economically weak areas in the Czech Republic.
