Abstract
Bakalářská práce na téma Úpadek podnikatele a možnosti jeho řešení se zabývá především úpadkem podnikatele a způsoby řešení tak, jak je uvádí právní úprava České republiky. Obsáhlá část práce je věnována, ekonomickým a jiným vlivům, které působí na podnikatele, a to tak, že mohou vést až k jeho úpadku. Dále je v práci popsáno, jak lze situaci úpadku podnikatele řešit dle platných právních norem a co daná řešení obnáší. V práci je dále stručně uveden celý proces insolvenčního řízení a jeho dopady na podnikatele.
The bachelor's thesis on The bankruptcy of the entrepreneur and its possible solutions focuses primarily on the entrepreneur's bankruptcy and ways to solve it in accordance with the Czech legislation. A considerable part of the thesis deals with economic and other impacts affecting the entrepreneur to the extent resulting in his bankruptcy. Further, the thesis describes ways to deal with the situation of the entrepreneur's bankruptcy in accordance with applicable legal standards as well as what the solutions entail. The thesis also briefly outlines the whole process of the insolvency proceedings with its subsequent impacts on the entrepreneur.
