Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem udržitelného rozvoje v konkrétní společnosti s využitím ISO norem a jeho následné využití v řízení podniku. Pro uvedení do problematiky se tato práce zabývá historickým vývojem celého konceptu a vysvětlením jeho principů. V teoretické části jsou vedle celého konceptu definovány příslušné ISO normy související jak s konceptem udržitelného rozvoje, tak s řízením společnosti. Detailněji jsou definovány některé normy v návaznosti na koncept udržitelného rozvoje a jeho řízení. Dále práce zmiňuje legislativu upravující udržitelný rozvoj. Praktická část sezabývá využitím ISO norem ve vybraném podniku jako nástrojem managementu pro řízení udržitelného rozvoje. Analyzuje interní, externí prostředí a zainteresované strany společnosti. Výpočty a kalkulacemi na základě získaných údajů nabízí alternativní řešení pro dosavadní problémy společnosti v oblasti udržitelného rozvoje. Na základě analýzy současného, ale i výhledu budoucího stavu této firmy, si práce klade za cíl zhodnotit a navrhnout vhodné úpravy pro zavedený systém řízení v návaznosti na udržitelný rozvoj. Práce dále hodnotí informace sledované v jednotlivých procesech společnosti a doporučujepřípadné zavedení inovací.
This thesis deals with the concept of sustainable development in a particular company using ISO standards and its subsequent use in the business management. To introduce the issue, this thesis deals with the historical development of the whole concept and explains its main principles. In the theoretical part, in addition to the whole concept, the relevant ISO standards are defined related to both the concept of sustainable development and the management of the company. Some standards are defined in detail in relation to the concept of sustainable development and its management. Furthermore, the work mentionslegislation related to sustainable development. The company focused part deals with the use of ISO standards in a selected company as a management tool for sustainable development. It analyzes the internal and external environment and company stakeholders. By calculations based on the data obtained, it offers an alternative solution to the company's current problems in the field of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the current and future outlook of this company, the work aims to evaluate and propose appropriate adjustments to the established management system in the context of sustainable development. The thesis also evaluates the information monitored in individualcompany processes and recommends the introduction of innovations.
