Abstract
Diplomová práce na téma Právní vztahy ve sdílené ekonomice a jejich vliv na podnikání se zabývá problematikou samotného definování pojmu sdílené ekonomiky, ale také nedostatečným právním ukotvením tohoto ekonomického odvětví a postojem České republiky i Evropské unie k regulaci této oblasti. Náplní této práce je rovněž zjištění situace na českém trhu sdílené ekonomiky a přiblížení nejsilnějších platforem v jednotlivých oblastech. Vedle českého trhu je zde zkoumán i trh evropský, který je poté porovnán se stavem sdílené ekonomiky v USA. Cílem práce je poté využít získané poznatky k založení vlastní služby v rámci tohoto odvětví, jejíž koncept je představen v první kapitole praktické části. Druhá polovina praktické části se poté zabývá převážně výsledky dotazníkového šetření, ke kterým se mimo jiné přihlíží při rozhodování o realizaci dané služby.
This master thesis on Legal relations in the sharing economy and their impact on business deals with the issue of the definition of the sharing economy as well as the lack of legislation of this economic sector and the attitude of the Czech Republic and the European Union to the regulation of this area. This work also focuses on finding the situation of sharing economy on the Czech market and description of the strongest platforms in different areas. In addition to the Czech market, the European market is also being studied and then compared with the USA. The goal of the thesis is to use the acquired knowledge to establish own service in this sector. The concept of the service is introduced in the first chapter of the practical part. The second half of the practical part is mainly concerned with the results of the questionnaire, which are then taken into account, among other things, when deciding about the realization of the service.
