Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční výkonností podniku a jejím hodnocením prostřednictvím vybraných tradičních a pokročilejších ukazatelů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska týkající se výkonnosti podniku, jejího měření a hodnocení. Pozornost je věnována především ukazatelům finanční analýzy, spider grafu, ekonomické přidané hodnotě a metodě balanced scorecard. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční výkonnosti společnosti Johnson Controls Autobaterie spol. s r. o. v letech 2013 až 2017 prostřednictvím tradičních i pokročilejších ukazatelů. Výsledné hodnoty ukazatelů, kterých dosáhla společnost, jsou také porovnány s hodnotami ukazatelů v odvětví. V závěru této části práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zvýšení finanční výkonnosti dané společnosti.
The diploma thesis deals with financial performance of the company and its evaluation through selected traditional and advanced indicators. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first part are presented the theoretical bases concerning the performance of the company, its measurement and evaluation. Attention is paid mainly to the indicators of financial analysis, the spider graph, the economic value added and the balanced scorecard. The second part focuses on the evaluation of financial performance of Johnson Controls Autobaterie spol. s r. o. from 2013 to 2017 through traditional and advanced indicators. The resulting values of the indicators achieved by the company are also compared with the indicator values in the sector. At the end of this part of the thesis, there are recommendations for increasing the financial performance of the company.
