Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem hodnocení inovační činnosti v oblasti automatizace strojních zařízení. V první části se snaží vymezit základní pojmy v oblasti inovace a automatizace strojů, jednotlivými teoriemi a vybranými metodami hodnocení. V druhé části je retrospektivně hodnocen vybraný inovační projekt podle předem vybraných hodnotících metod a kritérií. Inovace není hodnocena pouze podle ekonomických hledisek, ale také podle jejího přínosu pro společnost. Tento projekt je následně porovnáván s inovační variantou, která nebyla realizována. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nebyla vybrána ta nejvýhodnější varianta inovačního projektu. V závěru práce se nalézá doporučená metodika hodnocení inovačních projektů podniku v budoucnosti. Jsou zde vypsána také možná rizika a fakta, která si zaslouží pozornost podniku.
Innovation aktivity of company in automation of machinery equipment. Master thesis deals with the topic innovation activity of company in automation of machinery equipment. At the beginning, it is trying to bring the basics terms of innovation and automation, theories and the selected evaluation methods. In the second part there is evaluated the innovation project according to the selected evaluation criteria and methods. The innovation is not evaluated according to the economic criteria only, but also according the social benefits. This project is compared to the another project which was not implemented. The results show the most favorable option was not selected. In the end of the thesis there is a recommended methodology for evaluation of innovation projects in the future. There are writen possible risks and facts which deserves the attention of the company.
