Abstract
Bakalářská práce Komparace kvality služeb v cestovním ruchu v česko - polském pohraničí pojednává o problematice kvality služeb v Euroregionu NISA. Cílem práce je na základě dotazníkového šetření provést komparaci kvality služeb ve vybraných oblastech Euroregionu NEISSE - NISA - NYSA. Dílčí teoretická část je zaměřena na teoretická východiska dané problematiky podle literatury, která se zabývá kvalitou služeb v cestovním ruchu. Druhou část práce tvoří marketingový výzkum, který je proveden formou dotazníkového šetření, které zhodnotilo jednotlivé faktory potřebné pro komparaci kvality služeb z pohledu zákazníka. V závěru práce je celkové vyhodnocení výsledků a samotná komparace české a polské části Euroregionu NEISSE - NISA - NYSA.
This bachelor thesis Comparison of tourism services quality in the Czech - Polish borderland deals with the issue of service quality in the Euroregion NISA. The object of this thesis is based on a questionnaire to make a comparison of service quality in selected areas of the Euroregion NEISSE - NISA - NYSA. The theoretical part is focused on the theoretical background of the issue according to literature, which deals with the quality of services in the tourism sector. The second part of this thesis consists of a marketing research carried out by means of a questionnaire, in the framework of which various factors needed for comparison of service quality from the perspective of the customer have been assessed. At the conclusion you find an overall evaluation of the results and the comparison of Czech and Polish parts of the Euroregion NEISSE - NISA - NYSA.
