Abstract
V této bakalářské práci s názvem Optimalizace přepravních toků jsou hlavním tématem logistické procesy respektive optimalizace logistického a přepravního procesu ve společnosti DS Logistic, s.r.o. V úvodu práce se čtenář seznámí s pojmem logistika, její historií, rozdělení. Dále práce definuje pojmy doprava, optimalizace přepravních plánů, zákaznický servis a faktory, které ovlivňují cenu přepravy. V druhé polovině je popisována samotná společnost DS Logistic, s.r.o. Její historie, struktura a fungování. V této části také autor analyzuje současný stav přepravních toků, posléze navrhuje řešení k optimalizaci přepravy a úsporu nákladů, které jsou na ni vynaložené. Závěrem práce přichází krátké ekonomické zhodnocení a návrh na investování ušetřených prostředků.
In this Bachelor Thesis entitled optimization of transport flows,the main topic is the logistic processes and the optimization of the logistics and the transport process in DS Logistic, s.r.o. In the introduction, the reader will get acquainted with the concept of logistics, the history of the logistic. Furthermore, the work defines the concepts of transport, optimization of transport plans, customer service and factors that influence the price of transport. The second half describes DS Logistic, s.r.o., their history, structure and functioning. In this section, the author also analyzes the current state of transport flows and then proposes solutions to optimize transport and save on the costs incurred. The end of the work comes with a brief economic assessment and a proposal for investing the funds which were saved.
