Abstract
V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala problematikou mobbingu u sester ve zdravotnickém zařízení. V teoretické části práce se zabývám příčinami vzniku, průběhem, následky a způsoby obrany mobbingu. Zmíněna je také prevence mobbingu a legislativa ČR. Výzkumná část obsahuje průzum na pracovištích sester pomocí kvantitativní metody - formou dotazníku. Úkolem bylo zmapovat informovanost sester o mobbingu, jeho výskyt ve zdravotnickém zařízení, formy mobbingu a navrhnout způsoby řešení prevence.
In the thesis I have dealt with the issue of mobbing of nurse in healthcare facilities. The theoretical part drala with the cause of, course, consequences and means of defense mobbing. This section also legislation CR to prevent mobbing. The research section contains a survey of nurse in the workplace use quantitative methods - a questionnaire. The task was to investigate awareness of mobbing nurses, his presence in hospital, forms of mobbing and propose wals to address prevention.
