Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o návrhu konstrukce kontrolního stanoviště s kamerovým systémem, určení vhodného osvětlení a podkladu pro výrobky z různých materiálů. V první části je proveden průzkum trhu. Jsou vyjmenovány firmy, které produkují kamerové systémy a je zde uvedena nabídka jejich systémů strojového vidění. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány různé druhy osvětlení. Na závěr první části jsou uvedeny existující stanoviště s kamerovými systémy a použití těchto systémů v praxi. Ve druhé části je proveden vlastní návrh tří kontrolních stanovišť a to se zakládacím přípravkem, kyvným stolem a s průběžným dopravníkem. Ve třetí části je uveden praktický test kamery a stanovení vhodného osvětlení a podkladu pro výrobky různých materiálů. V poslední části je popsána komunikace kamery a nadřazeného PLC po sériové lince. Vše je doplněno obrázky a fotografiemi z testů.
This thesis discusses the construction design of checkpoint with camera system, determining the appropriate lightning and basis for products of different materials. In the first part is made the market survey. There are listed companies that produce camera systems and their offer of mechanical vision systems. There are also characterized different types of lighting. The end of the first section describes the existing stands with cameras systems and usage of these systems in practice. In the second part is made own design of three control stands with the founding product, swinging bed and a continuous conveyor. The third section provides a practical test and determine the appropriate camera and lighting products for various substrate materials. The last section describes communication between the camera and the parent of PLC via a serial line. Whole text is accompanied by pictures and photos of the tests.
