Improving of the working environment by using work-based preparation is one of the main elements to be better prepared to crisis. Problem is that enterprises don’t have any learning support system to recognize possible threats, provide efficient knowledge management and prepare for crisis. Crisis management is set of procedures applied in handling, containment and resolution of an emergency in planned and coordinated steps. Crisis plan has almost every company, but not everyone knows what is necessary to do at first when some crisis come. It is very important to mark out and to mind which steps are the most important. Disasters such as earthquakes or floods and others make complicated situations, but large scale of catastrophes are not the only problems that can trouble the companies. In fact, there is much more of the smaller ones, for example the fallen tree over the delivery road. Goal of this paper is to analyse and design the support system for work-based preparation for crisis. This paper describes an information system with a goal of preparing workers for potential crisis at their workplace. The preparation is important in order to avoid economical effects of crisis. The result of the research is the analysis of possible threats of crisis, design of the information system and recommendations for developing work-based learning with regard to the encouragement of efficient knowledge management in entrepreneurship.

I deal with the questions of communication generally, what usefull it is and also the problems which could occur during the communication. The theoretical part aims at possibilities- forms, which can be used and the teachers and parents can used them for communication. The practical part follows the previous- theoretical part. This part contains the results of questionnaires and also my own observation at the chosen schools. Teachers and parents answered my questionaires. I compare which form of communication is good for teachers and which is good for parents. During my final part I try to give some advice how to improve today´s situation all to be satisfied.

Special focus is on the primary and secondary schools. At the beginning of the thesis there are given basic information about the structure of the Czech education and general information about information systems. The theoretical part, which follows, describes the most used information systems in this area. The practical part deals with analysis of the three most advanced information systems in primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic, the evaluation of the results and the proposals for their improvement. At the end of the work there are summarized recommending proposals and indicated possibilities of this project in the future.
- ItemProblémy příjemců finanční podpory z fondů EU se zaměřením na Operační program Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012) Hovorková, Iva; Šimanová, JanaMy thesis deals with issues concerning the recipients of financial support drawn from the EU Funds, with focus on the recipients drawing from the Education for Competitiveness Operational Programme. The thesis begins with summing up the basic information on the European Union and its aid programmes earmarked for the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of my thesis is focused on a detailed analysis of the operational programme Education for Competitiveness. The practical part of my thesis deals with the compilation and implementation of a survey by questionnaire which analyzes the problems facing the recipients of financial support, followed by an evaluation of its results which either confirm or deny the original hypotheses, and suggesting appropriate measures. The final part of my thesis sums up the proposed recommendations.
- ItemSpolupráce rodičů se SŠ při řešení kázeňských problémůHovorková, IvaBakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou spolupráce rodičů při řešení kázeňských problémů. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy, jako je žák, problémové chování, kázeň, spolupráce. Je zde představen i vzdělávací systém ČR, ve kterém se žák ocitá a také popsána spolupráce, odpovědnost a povinnost z hlediska legislativně-právní stránky.V praktické části proběhlo dotazníkové šetření na jedné ze státních škol středoškolského stupně. Byly představeny vnitřní dokumenty a opatření, které škola má, aby preventivně předcházela kázeňským problémům se žáky, její zaměření a oborová orientace. Poté byly prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu a v závěru práce jsou shrnuty nejpodstatnější výstupy, navrhnuty možnosti pro zlepšení stávající situace a popsány poznatky pro práci na příštím dotazníkovém průzkumu.
