- ItemApparent molar heat capacities of aqueous solutions of acetic, propanoic and succinic acids, sodium acetate and sodium propanoate from 300 to 525 K and a pressure of 28 MPa(1996-01-01) Inglese, Americo; Šedlbauer, Josef; Wood, Robert H.The apparent molar heat capacities of dilute aqueous solutions of acetic, propanoic and succinic acid and sodium salts of the two monofunctional acids were measured at 300 K < T < 525 K and p = 28 MPa. Corrections for ionization/ hydrolysis and relaxation effects were applied and the results were extrapolated to infinite dilution to calculate Cop.2. After subtracting the heat capacity of a point mass, the remaining heat capacity was successfully decomposed into functional group contributions at all temperatures. Together with the results of our previous paper on alcohols and dials(2) the heat capacity contributions of the CH2, CW3, OH, COOH, (COOH)2, and COONa groups are now available and these allow reasonably accurate predictions of the heat capacities of all compounds composed of these groups in this temperature range.
- ItemApparent molar heat capacities of aqueous solutions of phosphoric acid and sulfur dioxide from 303 to 623 K and a pressure of 28 MPa(Plenum Publ Corp, 1997-01-01) Sharygin, Andrei V.; Inglese, Americo; Šedlbauer, Josef; Wood, Robert H.Heat capacities of aqueous solutions of phosphoric acid from 0.1 to 0.8 mol- kg-1 and sulfur dioxide from 0.2 to 0.9 mol-kg-1 have been measured with a flow heat-capacity calorimeter from 303 to 623 K and a pressure of 28 MPa. At the lowest molality single-solute solutions as well as mixtures of either H3PO4 or SO2 with HC1 were measured to repress dissociation. Calculated apparent molar heat capacities were corrected for dissociation reactions and the chemical relaxation effect. Experimental results for mixtures were analyzed using Young’s rule. Standard state partial molar heat capacities of H3PO4(aq) and SO2(aq) were obtained by extrapolation to infinite dilution. A few measurements of the densities of aqueous H3PO4 and SO2 were made at 25°C and a pressure of 28 MPa.
- ItemApparent molar heat capacities of aqueous solutions of propylamine, 1,4-butanediamine, 1,6-hexanediamine, propylamine hydrochloride, propionamide, pyridine, and sodium benzenesulfonate at temperatures from 300 K to 525 K and a pressure of 28 MPa(Academic Press Ltd, 1997-01-01) Inglese, Americo; Šedlbauer, Josef; Yezdimer, Eric M.; Wood, Robert H.The apparent molar heat capacities of dilute aqueous solutions of propylamine, 1,4-butanediamine, 1,6-hexanediamine, propylamine hydrochloride, propionamide, pyridine, and sodium benzenesulfonate were measured at 300 K

- ItemModelování standardních termodynamických vlastností vodných roztoků kyslíkatých organických sloučenin za vysokých teplot a tlaků(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2006-01-01) Slavík, Martin; Šedlbauer, Josef
- ItemRozšíření databází hydratačních veličin organických látek ve vodných roztocích(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2012-01-01) Moravcová, Tereza; Šedlbauer, JosefThe present bachelor's thesis provides a supplement to the existing databases of hydration quantities of organic compounds on KCH. Specifically, the following quantities are concerned: Gibbs energy of hydration, hydration enthalpy, hydration heat capacity and partial molar volume. A research of primary sources was conducted. The acquired sources were tested on the presence of primary experimental data that were consequently transferred onto a uniform format of hydration quantities by means of suitable thermodynamic relations. The data, being processed this way, were inserted into the existing unique databases of hydration quantities. In the final phase a confrontation with the data already existing in the database was performed along with the discussion.
- ItemSrovnání energetické efektivity ekologického a konvenčního zemědělství.(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2010-01-01) Barešová, Lenka; Šedlbauer, JosefBachelor´s thesis compares organic and conventional agriculture in terms of its energy balance. First part covers the history of organic agriculture in the Czech Republic and informs about the law and rules which are the organic farmers obligated to follow. Chapter involves charts and maps demonstrating present state and spatial arrangement of organic farms in the Czech Republic. Second part of the thesis examines researches from aboard, which are focused on energy comparison of agriculture in different husbandry systems. Third part is a comparison of three apple orchards in the Czech Republic. The research reveals, that the sample organic farm needs less than one third of the energy consumed by the conventional farm. On the other hand, the amount of the fruit harvested is smaller. Energy efficiency is comparable for conventional farm and orchard in transition period and lower for sample organic farm.

- ItemVyhodnocení environmentálních dopadů výroby bionafty z řepky olejné(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2016-01-01) Pešková, Ivana; Šedlbauer, JosefBakalářská práce srovnává vliv biopaliv a konvenčních paliv na životní prostředí.
- ItemVyužití hydroosevu k uzavírání skládek(Technická Univerzita v Liberci, 2011-01-01) Kubrová, Pavlína; Šedlbauer, JosefThis thesis deals with the use of hydroseeding to the reclamation of landfills in the Czech Republic in terms of environmental impact, current legislation and economic parameters. The conclusions summarize applicability of this method of alternative landfill cover and compares it to conventional technologies, namely covering with soil.
