Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu rodinného podniku v teoretické i praktické rovině. V úvodní části je provedena rešerše odborné literatury a následně jsou definovány obecné pojmy a charakteristiky, je zmíněna historie rodinných podniků v České republice i v zahraničí. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány správě rodinných podniků, možnostem jejich financování a řízení. Také jsou popsány specifické problémy rodinného podnikání a významná část je věnována problematice nástupnictví a nástupnických strategií. V následující praktické části je představena konkrétní rodinná firma, je provedena analýza a hodnocení tohoto podniku. Na základě poznatků předchozích kapitol je v samém závěru zpracován podnikatelský plán s návrhy řešení odhalených dysfunkcí. V rámci diskuze jsou přiložené výstupy ankety, která byla provedena s několika rodinnými firmami a běžnými spotřebiteli.
The master thesis deals with the creation of a family business plan in both theoretical and practical terms. In the introductory part, a research of scientific literature is carried out and general concepts and characteristics are defined, mentioning the history of family businesses in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. The next chapters are devoted to the administration of family businesses, their financing opportunities and management. The specific problems of family businesses are also described and a significant part is dealing with the issue of succession and succession strategies. In the following practical part, a particular family business is analysed and evaluated. On the basis of the findings of previous chapters, a business plan is drawn up at the very end with proposals for solutions to the revealed dysfunctions. The discussion also includes the results of a survey conducted among several family businesses and ordinary consumers.
