Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá definicí pojmu time management a souvisejících témat, jako je například plánování, multitasking, Paretovo pravidlo nebo motivace. Tato témata jsou podrobněji popsána v dalších kapitolách bakalářské práce. Druhá část bakalářské práce je věnována představení firem Preciosa, a.s. a Saic and Company. V těchto firmách byla za pomoci dvou reprezentantek realizována praktická část bakalářské práce. Reprezentantkou společnosti Preciosa, a.s. je produktová manažerka Bc. Markéta Kufrová a reprezentantkou společnosti Saic and Company je paní Markéta Kulíková, oblastní vedoucí. Průzkum probíhal formou pravidelných debat a dotazování v rámci jednotlivých témat jednotlivě s každou z dam. V závěru bakalářské práce se nachází prezentace zjištěných výsledků používání nástrojů time managementu, zhodnocení jejich využívání v praxi a doporučení autorky bakalářské práce.
This thesis deals with the definition of the concept of time management and related topics such as planning, multitasking, Paret's rule or motivation. These topics are discussed in details in other chapters of the thesis. The second part is devoted to the presentation of companies Preciosa, Inc. and Saic and Company. In these companies, there have been, with the help of two representatives, realized the practical part of the thesis. Preciosa, Inc. representative is a product manager Bc. Markéta Kufrová and representative for Saic and Company is a provincial leader Margaret Kuliková. The survey was conducted through regular debates and interviews in each topic individually and with both of the ladies. In conclusion of the thesis, there is a presentation of the results about using the tools of time management, evaluation of their use in practice and the recommendations of the author of the thesis.
