Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Edukace žáků s poruchami chování z pohledu pedagogů základních škol se zabývá odhalením různých metod a přístupů pedagogů při jejich práci se žáky s poruchami chování na základní škole. Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o definicích a klasifikaci poruch chování, o jejich možných příčinách, a také se věnuje prevenci, intervenci a resilienci. Další kapitoly se soustředí na samotný edukační proces, zdůrazňují důležitost určitých pedagogických dovedností a kompetencí a zkoumají přístupy a metody používané při práci s těmito žáky. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké metody volí pedagogové při práci se žáky s poruchami chování. Empirická část zahrnuje rozhovory s pedagogy, které mají za cíl prozkoumat, jaké projevy žáků považují pedagogové za problémové chování, co pedagogové shledávají jako stěžejní pro úspěšnou edukaci těchto žáků a jaké přístupy volí k těmto žákům, a nakonec jaké pedagogické metody upřednostňují při práci se žáky s poruchami chování.
The Bachelor thesis entitled Education of Students with Behavioural Disorders from the Perspective of Primary School Teachers deals with the discovery of different methods and approaches of educators in their work with pupils with behavioural disorders in primary school. The theoretical part provides an overview of the definitions and classification of behavioral disorders, their possible causes, and is also dedicated to prevention, intervention and resiliency. The next chapters focus on the educational process itself, stress the importance of certain teaching skills and competencies, and explore the approaches and methods used to work with these pupils. The aim of the paper is to find out what methods educators choose when working with pupils with behavioural disorders. The empirical section includes interviews with educators to examine what pupils' manifestations are considered by educators to be troublesome behaviour, what educators find central to the successful education of these pupils and what approaches they take to these pupils, and ultimately what teaching methods they prefer when working with por pupils.
