dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce zkoumá potenciál integrace zeměpisu s jinými předměty na základě mezipředmětových vztahů a specificky se zaměřuje na propojení zeměpisu a anglického jazyka pomocí metody CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning). Práce analyzuje jednotlivé prvky CLILu a možnosti jejich aplikace v zeměpisné výuce. Zvažuje také potenciál implementace této metody do výuky na 2. stupni ZŠ a s tím spojené přínosy i rizika. Na příkladech tří ukázkových výukových jednotek tématu Amerika demonstruje, jak lze efektivně integrovat anglický jazyk do výuky zeměpisu v různé míře a formách se zapojením mezipředmětových vazeb s dalšími předměty s cílem obohacení výuky zeměpisu a odklonu od jejího tradičního frontálního pojetí. Na základě ověření navržených jednotek a vytvořených materiálů v reálné výuce v závěru práce zhodnocuje jejich efektivitu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis studies the integration of geography with other subjects through cross-curricular links, with a specific emphasis on teaching and learning geography in English using the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) method. It analyses individual elements of CLIL and their potential application in geography lessons. Moreover, the thesis discusses the implementation of this method within lower secondary education, considering the associated benefits and risks. Three sample teaching units on the topic of America were created, demonstrating various teaching methods, language integration, and cross-curricular links with other subjects to present an alternative approach in geography teaching as opposed to its traditional frontal instruction. Based on the piloting of the created units and materials in actual teaching practice, the thesis concludes with an evaluation of their effectiveness.	en
