Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá politicko-filozofickými směry libertarianismem a anarchokapitalismem. V této práci bude kladen důraz na odlišný pohled na stát v případě těchto dvou směrů. V úvodních kapitolách jsou vymezeny základní pojmy jako stát a legitimita. Následně práce zobrazí přehled vývoje liberalismu, který povede ke vzniku libertarianismu, kde poté popíše principy libertarianismu a anarchokapitalismu. V dalších kapitolách bude pozornost zaměřena na podobu a zdůvodnění, či odmítnutí, státu z perspektivy předních představitelů těchto směrů. V případě libertariánů uvede argumenty Roberta Nozicka a Jasona Brennana, a v případě anarchokapitalistů vylíčí názory Murraye Rothbarda a Lewa Rockwella. Na závěr práce dojde k zhodnocení argumentů těchto představitelů, zejména těch odlišných.
This diploma thesis explores political-philosophical ideologies of libertarianism and anarcho-capitalism, with a particular focus on their differing conceptions of the state. The introductory chapters define key concepts such as the state and legitimacy. This is followed by an overview of the development of liberalism, leading to the emergence of libertarianism and its more radical variant, anarcho-capitalism. The main body of the thesis examines the concept of the state as presented by leading representatives of both ideologies. In the case of libertarians the thesis will present the arguments of Robert Nozick and Jason Brennan, and in the case of anarcho-capitalists it will present the views of Murray Rothbard and Lew Rockwell. The thesis will conclude with an assessment of the arguments of these representatives, especially the differing ones.
