dc.description.abstractThe diploma work deals with the analysis of the fiscal federalism in the United States. The aim of this diploma work is a complete analysis of federalism and fiscal federalism in the USA and the design for application´s model of the fiscal federalisms in terms of the European Union. The diploma work has two main parts: the theoretical and the practical. In the theoretical part are defined the notions of the federalism and fiscal federalism, the models of fiscal federalism, the fiscal decentralization and the budget structure. In the practical part is made complete analysis of U.S. fiscal federalism, fiscal federalism comparison of U.S. and EU and designed model of the fiscal structure of the European Union, which is based on the general functioning of American fiscal federalism.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou fiskálního federalismu Spojených států amerických. Cílem práce je kompletní rozbor federalismu a fiskálního federalismu USA a návrh aplikace modelu fiskálního federalismu na podmínky Evropské unie. Diplomová práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy federalismu a fiskálního federalismu, modely fiskálního federalismu, fiskální decentralizme a rozpočtová skladba. V praktické části je provedena kompletní analýza amerického fiskálního federalismu, komparace fiskálního federalismu USA a EU a návrh modelu fiskálního uspořádání Evropské unie založeného na struktuře fungování amerického fiskálního federalismu.cs
