Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se analyzuje kauzy osob souzených za udavačství u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Litoměřicích v letech 19451948. První část práce vznikla syntézou odborné literatury, charakterizuje mezinárodní souvislosti, dokumentaci a trestání kolaborace v Evropě, popisuje také vznik retribučních dekretů a fungování mimořádných lidových soudů v českých zemích. Druhá část představuje výsledky bádání na základě analýzy soudních složek, podává statistické vyhodnocení trestání udavačských činů před tímto soudem. V poslední části jsou popsány konkrétní případy udavačů a konfidentů. Bakalářská práce vychází z fondu MLS Litoměřice uloženého ve Státním oblastním archivu v Litoměřicích. K práci je přiložen seznam udavačů souzených u MLS Litoměřice a několik fotografií souzených.
This Bachelor Thesis analyses Cases of People judged for informing by Extraordinary People's Court in Litoměřice between 19451948. The first Part of the Thesis originated by Synthesis of the Literature and it characterises International Contexts, Documentation and the Sentencing of Collaboration in Europe, it also describes the Origin of Retribution Decrees and the Functioning of the Extraordinary People's Court in The Czech Lands. The second Part of the Thesis introduces the Consequences of Analysis of the Judicial Files that gives Statistical Data on the Punishment of the Crimes of Informing before this Court. The last Part of the Thesis describes Concrete Cases of Informers and Police Informers judged by this Court. This Bachelor Thesis arises out of the Fund of Extraordinary People's Court in Litoměřice 19451948 which is Deposited in the State Regional Archive in Litoměřice. A Part of the Thesis is Attachment which includes a List of Informers judged by Extraordinary People's Court Litoměřice and some Photography of Accused Informers.
