dc.description.abstractThe submitted bachelor thesis deals with problems of animation programs in house for elderly people. It stems from scholarly sources, current offer of programs in the Retirements homes Rokytnice n. J. and from the trend of deinstitutionalization of the social work for seniors. The goal of the thesis is to create a plan of development of the animation programs. The plan was designed to make the offer of the programs answer the needs of the seniors as precise as possible. The thesis consists of two main parts. The theoretical part deals with the scholarly sources to speak of the problems of aging, needs of elderly people and their position in the society. This part describes the institutional care for seniors and the influence of animation programs on the quality of life of the Retirements homes clients. The practical part researches the offered animation programs through studying the documents and the feedback from the clients. The outcomes show that the structure of participants is wide, and the offer of programs is adequate. The suggested steps are focused on the support of founding small discussion groups, periodic meetings of the seniors and pre-school children and empowering of individual contacts between the clients and younger people. As the most positive result we can consider the possibility of influence on the quality of life of seniors in residence institute that can be performed especially by individualization of the care for every individual client.en
dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou animačních programů v domově pro seniory, vycházela z odborných zdrojů, současné nabídky programů v Domově důchodců Rokytnice n. Jiz. a z trendu deinstitucionalizace sociální péče. Jejím cílem bylo sestavit plán rozvoje animačních programů. Plán rozvoje byl navržen tak, aby nabídka co nejlépe odpovídala na potřeby seniorů. Práci tvořily 2 stěžejní oblasti. Část teoretická pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů objasňovala problematiku stárnutí, potřeby ve stáří a postavení seniorů ve společnosti. Dále popisovala ústavní péči pro seniory a vliv animačních programů na kvalitu života klientů domova pro seniory. Praktická část zkoumala pomocí studia dokumentů a pozorování odezvu klientů na nabízené animační programy. Výsledky ukázaly, že struktura účastníků je široká a nabídka společných programů dostačující. Navrhovaná opatření jsou zaměřena na podporu vzniku malých diskusních skupinek, pravidelných setkávání seniorů s dětmi z mateřské školy a v posílení individuálních kontaktů klientů s mladšími lidmi. Za největší přínos bylo možné považovat, že kvalitu života seniorů v domově pro seniory lze pozitivně ovlivnit zejména individuálním přístupem ke každému jednotlivci.cs
