dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou internacionalizace, přičemž jejím primárním zaměřením je komparace obchodních aktivit v rámci trhů Blízkého východu a jihovýchodní Asie perspektivou české společnosti LASVIT s. r. o. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickému vymezení internacionalizace, kde autor nejprve definuje základní pojmy a následně představuje významné internacionalizační modely, jednotlivé formy vstupů na zahraniční trh a náležitosti mezinárodní kupní smlouvy. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje mezinárodní logistiku, uvádí stěžejní typy přepravy, prezentuje dodací podmínky a v neposlední řadě zmiňuje problematiku celnictví společně s potenciálními riziky mezinárodního obchodu. V praktické části autor nejprve prezentuje společnost LASVIT s. r. o., včetně jejího portfolia, a stěžejní část práce věnuje detailní analýze vybraných trhů z pohledu dílčích fází firemních projektů. V závěru specifika demonstruje na jednom z konkrétních projektů a následně identifikuje a sumarizuje ty nejzásadnější z nich.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the issue of internationalization, with its primary focus being a comparison of business activities within the markets of the Middle East and Southeast Asia from the perspective of the Czech company LASVIT s. r. o. The introductory part is dedicated to the theoretical definition of internationalization, where the author first defines the basic concepts and then introduces significant internationalization models, different forms of foreign market entry and the essential elements of an international sales contract. The second chapter describes international logistics, introduces the main types of transportation, presents commercial terms and last but not least mentions the issue of customs together with potential risks of international trade. In the practical part, the author first introduces the company LASVIT s. r. o., including its portfolio, and the main part of the thesis is devoted to a detailed analysis of the selected markets in relation to the individual phases of the company's projects. Lastly, he demonstrates the differences through a specific project and subsequently identifies and summarizes the most important ones.	en
